Do you deliver from stock?
We have our own warehouse and deliver from stock. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will mention this in the description. We strive to deliver everything directly from stock with a delivery time of ordered before 23:30 = The next working day in house.
Can we return products?
We have a free return policy, where you can return your products for free up to 30 days. After receiving a return, it can take up to 5 business days before the return is processed and the money is refunded.
Do all your products come with a charging station?
Not all of our wireless table lamps are charged on a charging station. We also have models that can be charged with a USB-C cable. This is clearly indicated in the product description and you can filter on the 'all products' page.
