Exchanges and Returns

Not satisfied with your order? Your satisfaction is important to Fullambience. That is why we want to help you as best we can, even if the product is not to your liking. On this page you can find how to exchange or return the item.

It is possible to return your product up to 30 days after delivery. For returns we use a return portal , which simplifies the return process. Fill in when filling in, so that we can link the return to your order upon receipt and have all important information immediately available. Have we received your return shipment and does the article meet the conditions for returning? Then we will deposit your money into your account within 7 working days.

Return conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Product is unused and is returned in new condition
• Customer returns product in its entirety (including all associated parts, associated packaging and any user manual)

The step-by-step plan for returning Fullambience products: PLEASE NOTE: Only for orders placed via the webshop, not via another platform.

1. Put the items you want to return back in the original packaging. Make sure it is neatly packed and can not be damaged while it is being returned.

2. Once you have neatly packed the item, go to us r eturn portal and here you can fill in the information we request.

3. In the return portal you can select a shipping provider. Depending on the provider, you will have to print the return ticket or it will be printed at the drop-off point (this is indicated as a matter of course in the portal).

4. Drop off the package at a drop-off point of the shipping provider you selected

5. After receiving the return, we will check the return shipment. If everything is in order, we will proceed to the desired refund that you have indicated in the portal (refund, shop credit or exchange item). This process can take up to 7 working days after receiving the return package.
